Koga Ninja Scroll is a passive skill that increases EXP during matches. It is the required passive skill for Kunai evolution.
It allows all EXP pickups to give more EXP, which allows you to gain levels, and skills, slightly faster. it's better to pick this up early game, and it'll become more useful over time, as higher levels require more massive amounts of EXP to level up.
